Returns and Refunds

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, Mel’s Chilli Sauce does not accept returns on opened or used products.

Returns may only be considered if:

· the product arrives damaged,

· the incorrect item was delivered,

· or the product is defective upon arrival.

Any issues must be reported within:

· 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

· your order number,

· clear photographs,

· and a description of the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error on our side.

Damaged Parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, customers should notify us as soon as possible and provide supporting photographs where possible.
